Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Directors actitivities
Organize and coordinate of Executive meeting
Handle and manage outgoing or incoming letters of director
Receives and monitors all incoming calls to The Managing Director office
Preparation of reports as required by the Managing Director
Ensures the filing is up to standard and easily accessible
